Service boundary
- KosoMado is a private family-benefits and paperwork support service, not a government agency.
- Paid service covers organization, official-link checks, explanation, and source-context support. It does not guarantee benefits, final eligibility, final amounts, final dates, official submission, or professional advice.
- AI may explain and draft within reviewed boundaries, but AI is not the authority for money, eligibility, deadlines, tax, medical, investment, or official submissions.
Checkout and data
- Checkout uses Stripe-hosted payment pages and server-owned Price IDs.
- KosoMado does not collect card numbers directly and does not put family-sensitive facts into Stripe metadata.
- Document upload, external message sending, live AI provider calls, government submission, and live subscriptions are not part of the approved live Stripe launch.
