- KosoMado Family Plan is one-time access for 12 months and does not renew automatically. Access starts after successful payment and webhook fulfillment.
Refund boundary
- Family Plan refund requests are handled through [email protected]; eligibility depends on usage, fulfillment state, and support review.
- A refund is not based on whether a family receives a benefit because KosoMado does not control official decisions.
- Refund requests are support cases. There is no self-serve live refund button in the product.
